Hall Capacity: 150-200 seated, depending on set up.
Decoration, set up and tear down must be completed within the rental period.
The rental period cannot overlap with parish mass times and must be concluded by 11:00 PM.
Fees
The cost for renting the Hall is $500.00 for up to 12 hours. There is a 25% discount on a two-day rental for setting up the day before the event.
For special requests or multiple bookings, the Pastor or the Parish Administrator will determine the application of fees.
Third party insurance and a liquor license (if applicable) must be on file with the parish office prior to your event.
Third party insurance is available from Gallagher.
The liquor license is available from AGCO.
